Quick answers

How do I cancel or manage a subscription?

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can also open your App Store subscriptions directly. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions.

Deleting an app doesn’t cancel its subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Apple and Google process payments for our apps, so refunds are requested from them. For App Store purchases, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, request one from your Google Play order history.

I paid, but the app doesn't show my purchase

Open the app’s settings or upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy. If it still doesn’t work, send us a message with the app’s name.

How do I delete my account and data?

In apps with accounts, go to Settings or Account inside the app and choose to delete your account. You can also email cesar@viralyster.com from the address linked to your account. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
